I did it!!! Ran the Blackpool 10K - May 11 2008!
I suppose while I'm blogging I'll update you all on the family. Since the last blog David has been to Japan TWICE! He was supposed to be away this week and next but thankfully he got someone else to go. I was very thankful of this when I found out last Friday that our school was to be inspected this past Thursday and Friday! It would have been impossibly stressful if he had been away!
Anyway all the children are enjoying the nice weather that we have been getting and especially the Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream as you can see by the photo of Hannah! Last weekend we went up to the Lake District and walked up a mountain - about 1000ft! (Loughrigg for any of you who know the hills! By the way Mom and Dad that is the hill we took you walking on and Rachael its the one we did together on our own all those years ago and it poured it down and I slid dow) Noah walked all the way up and back down as did Ellie. Hannah enjoyed a lift on my back! We was a great day - however I've got no photos as we packed EVERYTHING for the day out walking but forgot the camera!
Hannah is a great little walker now and she is into EVERYTHING now. She also loves climbing. She now goes to Musical Minis on a Monday and she loves it. Noah has graduated to the next Tumbletots level so he goes in on his own as he is a big boy and doesn't need his mummy! He also has decided that it is time that he wee's standing up like a big boy and just like any big boy he sometimes gets it into the toilet!!!
Ellie enjoyed having a couple weeks off in April for the Easter Holidays and we did all sorts of fun things with mummy!
Well folks that's about it for the update. I will now start the long process of adding photos to the blog - hope you enjoy!

Hey Kate that's fantastic! Congratulations!! The pictures are great, did Hannah get any of the ice cream in her mouth or did she just paint her face with it? You should tell her that she shouldn't waste good mint chocolate chip ice cream like that as it's Uncle Mike's favourite kind and it's a shame to waste such a good flavour. She can waste all the neopolitan she wants, but not the mint chocolate chip!

Congratulations Katey.....thats amazing. All the kids look great, I cant believe how fast Hannah has shot up. Love you all and cant wait to see you for Christmas.
