Keeping up with the Hawleys!

Well we have finally managed to create a blogspot or should I say a bragspot. We will try to keep up with the Hawleys and keep this updated with info and photos. I can't say that I will be writing as much as Rachael but I will promise they will be as witty (unless Dave writes them!) There we go - I'm being hilarious already!
So here is the news!
We are all very excited about our upcoming trip to Canada. The countdown has commenced - as of tomorrow it will be 10 weeks till we go! I'm sure that time will fly by as we have so many exciting things coming up.
The most important and the most exciting upcoming event of course is in 3 and a half weeks - Ellie's 4th birthday! Hard to believe that she is 4, the time has just flown. Although talking to her I sometimes think she is turning 64! She is very excited because she is going to have 7 of her friends over for party games and lunch on the 5th of November. We have got the Noddy invites and will be writing them out tonight.
Ellie is also very busy rehearsing for her first major stage production of Twinkletoes in November. We think she is going to be a flower in Fimble land. We will be getting the costumes soon so we will post a picture of her in it when we get it. Anyway every weekend is rehersals and birthday parties it seems over the next few weeks! Oh to have the social life of an almost 4 year old!
Noah has a few rough weeks (consequently so has mummy and daddy keeps complaining that I disturb his sleep constantly getting in and out of bed to see to Noah!) He now has his 2 bottom teeth - I did try to get a photo but they are too small to show up and Noah is not the most co-operative about showing his teeth. Anything that goes remotely close to the mouth region gets shoved in and chewed on so you will have to wait for the teeth pics I'm afraid. All Noah wants now for Christmas is his other two front teeth! He has also suffered from an ear infection (which he has kindly given to his mummy). Today both mummy and Noah have been off because mummy is suffering with the ear infection and Noah is under the weather again - fever and not his normal happy self. He is just like his sister though and goes crazy when he sees the medicine bottle - absolutely loves it!
Well folks I suppose I should sign off as Ellie is itching to write her invites out for her party.
